Handy list.

A couple of possible additions:

  1. Richard Caddick's Task Model concept
  2. Depending on how broad you're going here - for early stages of service design, redesign or improvement, one or two of Donna Spencer's Design Games - I especially like Design the Box.

Will have a think about other things I've used...
