I give up. vmware phone support is useless, unless someone can show me the "give me a live person" button.

I will note "operator", dialing 0, and profanity that would make a sailor blush are all useless, although the last one made me feel better
PS. They sent me a followup email saying "To skip the support questions, you can press 0 or say “Operator” at most places in the IVR to reach a Customer Service Representative." - This would be a lie, as I tried both '0' and "operator" numerous times.
After spending literally MILLIONS of dollars on software licensing, I expect better.
