Propose a ballot initiative

1.

Access information on the ballot initiative process (laws, guidelines, deadlines).

2.

Have a checklist of tasks to accomplish for each step of proposing an initiative. When the collection of tasks is completed the user moves on the the next collection.

3.

The user can see a heat map of where people have expressed interest in their initiative.

Research ballot initiative

1.

The user enters their zip code (or logs in) and then can see initiatives that will be appearing on their ballot

2.

The user can express interest in ballot initiatives by clicking a radio selector. A heat map will show where users have expressed interest.
