Software Deliverables:
- Create prototype FHIR-based API updating and searching NPI Provider data.
- The API shall incorporate oAuth2 for authentication
- Create are-usable library/API for validating the FHIR Practitioner and Organization Resource
- Create a functioning prototype for Medical license verfication
- Create a functioning prototype for QHP "plan providers" directory. Base off same architecture.
