This testnet has mostly identical settings comparing Ellaism mainnet, but with ProgPOW transition happening at block 0. To use this, you need to first compile the ProgPOW branch of Parity Ethereum:

Due to developers' misconfiguration, PIRL and EGEM blockchain contain the 72 million premine of the original Ethereum blockchain. For example, look into EthDev premine address 0x5abfec25f74cd88437631a7731906932776356f9, on both PIRL and EGEM blockchain, they contain 11,901,484 coins. The bug was disclosed by an anonymous person called "etherhacker".
