Quarry

This will use the sorting system above, as well as BuildCraft and
  probably EnderStorage or some other way of teleporting stuff to the
  sorting system.
Automatic Farm

This includes BuildCraft, the sorting system, and Forestry. Maybe a
  couple others. Probably EnderStorage.
