Installing the NVIDIA driver, CUDA and cuDNN on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04)

This is a companion piece to my instructions on building TensorFlow from source. In particular, the aim is to install the following pieces of software

• NVIDIA graphics card driver (v450.57)
• CUDA (v11.0.2)
• cuDNN (v8.0.2.39)

on an Ubuntu Linux system, in particular Ubuntu 20.04.

Steps

• What we want is to get a Developer Id https://developer.apple.com/developer-id/ to be able to sign the binaries for distribution.
• The company needs to get an Apple Developer Account Membership for macOS for $99/y https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/
• Apple needs a A D-U-N-S® Number to register the account, the person doing the registration will need to get in touch with somebody that knows the legal part.
• The registration could take a couple days
• When done, a certificate can be created for signing, you'll need to sync it with Xcode.
• Now the binary can be signed, and the signature can be verified.

Custom domains, GH-pages, Cloudflare and strict SSL end-to-end encryption

Why I wrote this

Before Github supported SSL encryption for github pages sites, many people were using CloudFlare (CF) as their DNS provider and CDN proxy. CF allowed users to enable SSL encryption from the CDN end points/proxies to the end user. This was great and it allowed visitors to your website to connect with a secure connection between their browser and the cloudflare CDN box that was serving your content. I've never had great understanding of launchctl but the deprecation of the old commands with launchctl 2 (10.10) has been terrible as all resources only cover the old commands, and documentation for Apple utilities is generally disgracefully bad, with launchctl not dissembling.
