Today I interviewed a promising candidate to a position in Netshoes's front-end team. I realized when you interview someone it's not so easy than you think. You need to ask the right questions, because if you ask the wrong question maybe you lost a great candidate.
I learned a little about code dojo and install Linux in my personal computer.
