Criticism of Collective Evolution

Tesla had some amazing inventions in his lifetime, including a machine that could use radio waves from outer space to produce enough electricy to power the planet. However, many of them were lost and will probably never be found. I've tried to do a lot of research on this, but a lot of today's perpetual motion machines are bunk. I've been following Collective-evolution and a lot of the things they post there sound phenominal, but are not true. A lot of these Tesla wannabees are actually people who have cited people with degrees from degree mills (i.e. didn't actually study, just paid for it) and their retracted papers.
