• 該不該留？（appropriateness，照護層級） —— 通常由需求決定（失智＋安全：走失、跌倒、用藥）， 而且往往是長輩本人入住前也同意的。

把「適應」當成長輩個人的失敗，是誤判。 失智者的「適應新環境」能力本身就是缺損的；「想回去」是要調查的訊號，不是判決。
