By inviting and using the bot, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You have the privilege to add the bot to servers you manage and use the bot freely, as long as you follow these terms. If you break these terms, this privilege may be temporarily or permanently revoked for you at any point after the violation.
Similarly, that privilege may also be revoked if you violate Discords ToS, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.
The bot is not affiliated with, supported by, or made by Discord, The Player Database (smashdata.gg), Ultimate Frame Data, smash.gg, Discord Bots (discord.bots.gg), or Top.gg. You agree to not suggest to be affiliated with, supported by, or the creator of the bot. I may make exceptions to this for certain people or entities.
I am not liable for users breaking these terms.
The bot is only intended to help out the competitive Smash Bros. community and related communities. The bot may not be used to spread hateful messages, or to violate or circumvent terms and agreements of other services. You agree to only use the bot and its features for their intended use.
I reserve the right to revoke access to the bot for people or communities that promote harmful messages.
