Kelly Goto Client Survey for use on Inkdit.com Use this html to create your own client survey as a boilerplate and/or online form on Inkdit. The form is from http://www.web-redesign.com/ and it is a resource of Web ReDesign 2.0 | Workflow that Works by Kelly Goto & Emily Cotler.

Each key decision maker should fill out his or her own survey, and answer each of the questions in a thorough but brief and clear manner, and add any additional notes or comments at the end of the survey.&nbsp;</p>
