It works on me.
After completing all of commands I just restarted my PC.
If you get 'modprobe: ERROR: could not insert '8188eu', you can get the current driver module name by typing
sudo lshw -C network
(source: https://askubuntu.com/a/333430) then removing it withsudo modprobe -r currentDriverName
(source: https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/246881) and finallysudo modprobe 8188eu
