Connecting Multiple Database in NodeJs with MongoDB and Mongoose
Explanation file: db.js
This code imports the mongoose library which allows to connect to a MongoDB database.
There are two URIs defined to connect to two different databases: MONGO_URI and MOBILE_URI.
Each URI contains connection information to a remote MongoDB database, including user credentials.
The connectDBs function uses the mongoose.createConnection method to create connections to these two
databases using the respective URIs. The useUnifiedTopology and useNewUrlParser options are set to enable the new
unified topology policy and use MongoDB's new URL parser, respectively.
The function returns an object that contains the connections to these two databases as qrCodeDb and userDB properties.

Compiling Swift framework with mixed-in Objective-C code

Problem

You can't use bridging headers within a framework.

Solution 1 (umbrella header):

Xcode will automatically create umbrella header for you Cocoa Framework project. That will be the file named <FrameworkName>.h in the <FrameworkName> group/folder (where the rest of your sources are).

  1. To include the required Obj-C header you need to set it as Public: select it in the project explorer (left pane) and change the property Target Membership (left—Inspectors—pane) from Project to Public.
  2. Open umbrella header (<FrameworkName>.h) and import the required header as:

Configuring Nexus as a private registry for npm packages

Get the details to connect to your Nexus-managed npm repository

Note: Nexus group repositories (good example in this StackOverflow question) are out of this tutorial's scope. In any case, deployment to group repositories is currently still an open issue for Nexus 3 (and not intended ever to be implemented in Nexus 2). Thus, it is assumed that we'll push & pull to/from the same repository, and ignore the idea of groups hereon in.

  1. Ask your sysadmin for a username & password allowing you to log into your organistation's Nexus Repository Manager.

  2. Test the login credentials on the Nexus Repository manager at: http://localhost:8081/nexus/#view-repositories (localhost in our case is replaced by a static IP, and can only be connected to over VPN). If your organisation requires a VPN to connect to it, connect to that VPN before proceeding with this tutori
