Self Reflection - What are your top 3 core values? What are the strengths and talents that you love using? Who do you impact or want to make a difference for? What’s important about this? What kind of role do you see yourself pursuing in your job search?

  • My top 3 core values are; Honesty, Health and Happiness. I love learning and sharing knowledge with others. I want to make an impact by building tech that encourages/enables people to get outside more. This is important because it will lead people to want to treat the world and environment better as well as keeping people healthy and active enjoying the outdoors. I have two main focuses on the job search. The first being to land a job where I can continue to grow and work with experienced developers. The second is to work my way into some sort of outdoor tech, education tech or mountain bike company.

Personal Brand - What do your professional summaries say to prospective employers? Please provide (cut and paste) your professional Resume summary, LinkedIn about me summary, and Alumni portfolio about me summary. Are they all slightly different and reflect your work experience, your love for software development, and what skills, abilities, talents, and values that you will offer a company? This is a great time to revise your career docs.
