  • If you already have a decent enough app. You are quilified. But see the below coditions.
  • Should have a GitHub or Bitbucket Profile. Understand basics of GIT.
  • Basics knowledge about how server, cloud and mobile work.
  • You should know one of these technology
    • Node.js, Python(Django) or Go.
    • Android
    • iOS Developers
    • Go Lang
  • Above requirements are mandatory
  • Communication skills
  • Writing a neat code and understandable.
  • Learning at a fast pase.
  • Dive through *nix or mac operation systems.

Intermediate : Reverse Engineer (Should have a good GitHub Profile)

  • Amazing knowledge about GitHub.
  • Should understand everything on platform you are in.
  • Should be knowing most of the things in that platform.
  • Libraries and SQL
  • Should dive through all new things.

Professional : Amazing Social Profile. (Must have worked or contributed to open source libraries)

  • Should be active on IRC and Stackoverflow.
  • 5+ Years Experience in single domain.
  • Which means you have to be amazing, not just have 5 years experience wasting time.
  • Should be professional and leading team and explaing experiences.
  • Should be the best teacher.

Experts : Knows everything.(Your own libraries and contribution)

  • 10-15 Years experience in computers.
  • Knows each and every piece of technology.
  • Perfect architects and *unix specialists.
  • Setting up the culture of technology.
  • Giving speeches and can single handly do everything.

Other Quilifications:

  • Should be professional.
  • Respect others opinions.
  • Question everything? But, questions shouldn't be dumb.
  • Must research and should know where to find the proper resource.
  • Should know how to use Google the best way possible.
