I disabled GoogleSoftwareUpdateAgent in startup list and it worked for me.

Please, check this official Google support article: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/111996?hl=en. We just updated it, so that it captures the information from this bug: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=520135.
In general, removing the folders may not fix the issues for all users. Instead, we recommend trying the latest Google Software Update version and also checking the firewall settings that may be blocking updates.

sierra fully patched, chrome 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)
i uninstalled and reinstalled
i did the defaults write com.google.Keystone.Agent checkInterval 0
i updated software updater
i restarted mac
i killed a chicken
AboutChrome still yields error 11
