If you add how you invoke patch with this file, it would be perfection.

Assuming it's OSX.

1. View as raw and download.

2. Apply:

   cd / && sudo git apply ~/Downloads/vagrant-226.patch

I recommend: sudo patch -p0 < vagrant-226.patch which works for MacOS or other systems that use the same vagrant path.
