Workarounds for Netflix and the blocking of Hurricane Electric IPv6 tunnels

The dreaded "You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy." error message. Cool story bro.

This gist was essentially created out of my own rant about Netflix being hostile to IPv6 tunnel services since June 2016. You are welcome to read my opinion on the matter, this is the more technical side to the issue and how to combat it within your own network.

Since I wrote this, various GitHub users have contributed their thoughts and ideas which has been incorporated into this gist. Thank you to everyone who have contributed their own methods and implementations.

This is a quick set-up guide on how to install Icecast for Mp3 and Ogg streaming, sort of online radio. Tested on Debian Wheezy. Probably works on Ubuntu, etc. Icecast is a "server-like". It offers the HTTP URL/port through which end-users can play the media. However, Icecast itself does not serve the files. It must get its input from other "client-like" software. For example, Ices0 sends mp3 input to Icecast and then Icecast delivers to the end user. Similarly, Ices2 sends ogg input to Icecast and then Icecast delivers to the end user.

Set up icecast

Start by installing:

How to setup your own CA with OpenSSL

KDBX files, the keepass database files, are layout as follows:

1) Bytes 0-3: Primary identifier, common across all kdbx versions: 
  private static $sigByte1=[0x03,0xD9,0xA2,0x9A];

2) Bytes 4-7: Secondary identifier. Byte 4 can be used to identify the file version (0x67 is latest, 0x66 is the KeePass 2 pre-release format and 0x55 is KeePass 1)
