DTR: Define the Relationship Project: Mod 3 Rancid Tomatillos

One teammate should copy and paste the raw markdown into a gist of your own.

Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship:

What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?

LW & JB: Driver/ Navigator better, open to divide and conquer. Just need a lot of communication.

How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?

LW: Slack, before and after PRs to communicate what is done. JB: Slack, just keep me posted if you have changes to the code.

How would you describe your work style?

LW: Just Do It, methodical. JB: Kind of scattered. Pairing helps keep me focused

What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?

LW: CSS and styling, planning JB: Planning

What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?

LW: Checking in to make sure we're on the same page -- in understanding and direction JB: Driver navigator helped get rid of a lot of communication problems I was having

How will we set direction and make decisions as a team?

BOTH: Plan together

What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?

LW: Doesn't like to work past 8pm most days, set aside Friday and Saturday night no code. JB: 2.5 to 3 hrs per day

How do you want the group to solve problems when members run into issues with features of the project?

BOTH: Together LW: Set aside a certain amount of time to struggle, maybe 30 minutes then reach out. JB: Same!

How do you know if a project is successful? How can we achieve that as a group?

JB: I think if by the day before we're happy with our efforts it's good. LW: If I feel like I understand the majority of the code and it works. Understanding over passing

How will we recognize each other's successes and celebrate them?

BOTH: Pats on the back
