Overview:

After spending his carear in development positions, this March Joe decided that he'd try his hand at the agile coaching game. Six months later after surving stike action and shifting bottlenecks, Joe has a story to tell.

During this experience report you will hear about matrix organisations, the role of a coach, how to solve bottlenecks and continuous improvment through analytics.
