GPU | GeForce GTX 1070 (GIGABYTE GV-N1070G1) | OK |
The CPU is probably defective -- It randomly locks up or crashes (BSOD) for an unknown reason. This issue is gone when disabling C-States and SpeedStep in the BIOS settings. It reproduced even after replacing the motherboard, so the mobo is not guilty.

The CPU is probably defective -- Outputs from the fast ISPC texture compressor are broken (this is very noticeable when using reflection probes in Unity). This problem is gone when decreasing the active core number to less than three in the BIOS settings.
