Turing Career Development - Mod 0 Capstone

What is your greatest strength and how do you know?

Based on the test, it notes that my strongest category is being Professional. This includes doing what needs to get done, and being reasonably proactive about it. The category also includes being a supportive team player that can and will work with others to get those tasks done. I believe that this stems from such a huge exposure to being in music ensembles growing up. Even if my part in the ensemble was solid, we weren't good until everyone could execute what needed to be played together.

How do you work best?

As an objective-analytical thinker, I work well with specific goals and I pursue them dilligently. I enjoy thinking about possible outcomes and other ways to have problems solved. I enjoy working with others and when on a team, love to guide and support others.
