Nutrient Reference Value(NRV): are used to express the nutritional value of a food product as a percentage of the daily recommended intake for an average adult. It is by the European Food Safety Authority.
A. Magnesium/vitamin b6 guide.
1. Mg(glycinate,citrate,gluconate,l-threonate, but NOT oxide). Under 6yrs: 10mg daily in liquid form.

4. No side effects(from nutritional lithium) in his experience.
5. Inadvisable if kid has underlying thyroid issue, since pharmaceutical lithium can hurt lithium.
But he is against carbonate(pharmaceutical lithium), and says he wouldn't hesitate to give nutritional lithium even if his kid has thyroid issue.
D. Zinc guide.
1. Zinc picolinate. 6-12yrs: 15mg 2times per day.
2. Below 5yrs: no Zinc.
3. Half ADHDs have little zinc and high copper.
4. Low zinc makes kids picky eaters, decrease appetite and makes meat repulsive.
5. Red meat, sea food, chicken has lots of zinc.
6. Works in 3-4months. It is slow acting.
7. Side effect: very rarely, zinc may force copper out of tissues into blood and kid becomes aggressive before getting better.
If it happens, stop zinc for a few days. Then restart and give once a day instead of twice.

Your body has to methylate most forms of most B vitamins to use them. 
If this methylation process is interrupted or slowed,
it bottlenecks your usable B vitamin amount no matter how much regular stuff you take. 
But you can just take the already-methylated form instead! If you are autistic or have chronic fatigue, 
definitely check these out. 
(Autism is correlated with MTHFR gene dysfunction among other things, and MTHFR gene dysfunction makes you 
unable to methylate regular forms of B vitamins, in fact in some cases the regular B vitamins going un-methylated 
will actually jam up that process and cause lots of other problems too. At least some fraction of chronic fatigue 
is exactly this problem, a group of biological cycles in your body grinding to a halt because they’re jammed up. 
Potentially this is also part of the health benefit of cutting out bread from your diet, as most bread is fortified with
folic acid for dietary purposes, and folic acid is one potential source of jams.)

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled study; magnesium L-threonate together with vitamins C & D, 
was tested for its cognitive benefits in 109 healthy Chinese adults aged 18-65 years. 
Subjects were randomly assigned to receive either Magtein or placebo (starch) capsules, at a dose of 2 g/day. 
"The Clinical Memory Test", the standard test commonly used in Chinese hospitals for cognitive evaluation, 
was administered before and 30 days after subjects received the supplement. 
Subjects receiving Magtein showed significant improvements over the control group 
in all five subcategories of "The Clinical Memory Test" as well as the overall memory quotient scores. 
The older participants showed more improvement than younger participants. 
Results indicated significant benefits of Magtein in improving memory and cognition in healthy Chinese adults.

The study investigated the effects of supplements on school performance and behaviour
Supplements contained vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids(both products by vitabiotics)
Results showed supplementation improved behaviour in children
