Intro to unfamiliar environments

- Are you talking about static typing or compiling with this demo?
+ Live coding Java is a great way to demo
+ Good job tying Java to the things they already know
- Energy and focus starts dropping off as you're continuing to demo without interaction
- Need CFUs - Self-report "Any questions about statically typed languages?", No wait time
- "Questions so far?"
+ Depth of each topic is great
- Maybe too many topics for one lesson?
- How will you measure what you want to know?
- Your energy is much lower than it was when you started
