+ Identified an issue with his STAR
- Didn't give a chance to practice it correctly before telling him to work on it
+ Sending him your notes
+ Giving a prompt to set him up for success
- Keep track of time during whiteboarding interview
+ "Talk me through what you're thinking" - Getting him back on track
+ Good job with just enough prompting to unblock him
- Potentially too long without feedback?
+ Good coaching on I/O table
- Not sure Andrew was ready for this- expensive coaching
