Would you mind adding WowMatrix as well? Thanks ahead.

This list is outdated. Ajour supports classic TBC addons since May 19th, 2021.

Thank you, I omitted to update that column. I believe they all do now so I took it out.

@layday Great. Thanks a lot for making this list. :)

Here's 1 more change: townlongyak is now supported by Ajour catalog search.

Thanks. By the way, there's another addon updater (I haven't tried it) called Singularity. Maybe someone will like it.

Personally I think Ajour and instawow are the best ones. :)

There's a more extensive list at https://ogri-la.github.io/wow-addon-managers/ which includes Singularity. I personally have some reservations about Singularity because it mirrors add-on files. This might simply be done for load balancing purposes, but it will definitely rub some people the wrong way.

Ah, Singularity is horrible then. Mirroring the files is not okay. They should be pulled from the original sites

Ajour has had a lot of recent updates. The ones relevant to the list are:

  • can export and import list of installed add-ons: Yes (it has export to YML, and can import and install the list)
  • makes backups: Addons, WTF, Screenshots, Ajour Data (you pick which of these 4 things you want)

Updated, thanks.

With my beloved Ajour gone... what are alternatives that can still be use in the future? I just refused to use overwolf shit.
