Oh My Rockness: 17 Bands To See At SXSW 2017

Last year, Oh My Rockness put out an insanely good list of bands to see at SXSW 2016 complete with a Spotify playlist. From my perspective, that list was insanely ahead of its time. "Cutting edge" indie radio shows now are just starting to debut some of the songs by these bands.

So what about 2017? Well, they did a 2017 blogpost, but this one didn't have an all-encompassing Spotify playlist, so here's my attempt:
