Proof of concept anti-surveillance tunnel

Goal: Develop ways to construct tunnels through surveilled areas.

A surveilled area has cameras, either recording or or transmitting. A tunnel is a path with no cameras and an unsurveilled entrance and exit.

Proof of Concept

Identify a surveilled area bordered by unsurveilled areas. You could start with really small chunks of real estate, like:

  1. Surveilled area to tunnel through is a single ATM with a security camera on it, with camera-free areas on either side.
  2. Unsurveilled area is the region outside the range of that one camera.
  3. Tunnel is light fabric on tent poles. If the range of vision of the one camera is 100 feet on either side of the camera, the tunnel would be 100 feet long.

You could also do this by marking the ground with chalk? Or is that too impermanent for the project goals?

Marking the ground with chalk would work in any un-surveilled area. Or signs:

Entering unsurveilled region
Exiting unsurveilled region

The tunnel is only for use in surveilled areas.
