Its like the often mocked kabalistic concept of the middle pillar, Too much mercy makes us weak too much severity tyrannical, here the happy balance is between structure and comoftable disorder.
Too rigid structure, the less creative someone gets like the way they basically waste peoples times and lives in this fucked up place filled with chcomos that should be lynched :)
