Agile Reflection

How you've used agile as a process at Turing and what kind of project management.tools you utilized. Address these

What were you already doing?

I was already using a to-do/journal app on my phone called Agenda. I was also using bear to keep track of notes.

What did you put into place in Module Two?

questions: I started using waffle.io in the beginning of mod 2. At first I was not really into it, it reminded me of a watered down trello board. For the most of the first project i just used it as a to-do/tracker for class. Once I got into the react project I used it with my partner to keep track of what we had/were doing.

What was effective?

It was extremely effective. I didn't have to keep up with everything i had to do, all i had to do was look at the To-do box.

What do you want to improve on in future projects?

I would like to use waffle.io more extensively and planout projects a littler longer.

Description of the role you played in your pair/group projects this module -- what was your role as a teammate? How did you utilize your strengths and leadership skills?

In mod 2 it was pretty similar to Mod 1, I was normally having to learn then reteach to my partner. It was a lot of driver / navigator. Around the gametime project I was a little burntout of having to learn and reteach to my partner but i bounced back after reflecting on how it is reinforcing what I learn or know. I tried to make my partner feel as an equal and no pressure to work at a pace that they are not comfortable with. Also each project I stressed the importance that both partners are on the same page of the project, and that im not worried about finishing all phases and the cost of one of us not knowing everything about our code.
