Project Expectations: Building a fully functional react app, that displays stateful and stateless components, taking advantage of the starwars API.
Goals and expectations: Reach Iteration Five by the end of the week. Iteration 6 by mid next week.
Team strengths: Logic and Creative skills
How to overcome obstacles: TimeBoxing, expressing frustrations early. Pomodoro Technique. Hold each other accountable for self-care
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually?): Project Time and expect to work to 6:30pm and one saturday each weekend.
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open?): Slack
Abilities Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): Improve on CSS, TDD, and refactoring in ES6, ES7, and ESNext
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): iteration 0-2 prioritize driver navigator. Brief recap, making sure github is in sync.
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests): Git workflow, Reviewing PR's, keep branches when done.
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: open dialog about the code. accepting feedback be mindful of what you say.
Agenda to discuss project launch: Thoroughly Read Phases and Discuss HTML structure. Iterations are very straight forward.
