Today, healthcare providers struggle to provide high-quality, coordinated care through transitions, such as from a hospital to a skilled nursing facility. Strategies for care are not standard across facilities, and important information can slip through the cracks. Olio’s software helps coordinate care and engage providers, keeping them informed and active. Think PivotalTracker for coordinating care.

Olio is a post-MVP startup with funding and customers. We’re looking for a software engineer to join our team to work on our web and mobile products and their related services.

More About Us and What We Believe

Olio is on the forefront of creating better healthcare experiences and outcomes for real people in real time. We're bringing the powers of modern web and mobile applications to bear on the common engagement problems that occur every day in the healthcare industry between acute and post-acute organizations. Despite less than three years as a company, we are operating in major Indiana hospitals that garner nationwide respect, helping healthcare professionals and their patients on a daily basis.

We're looking for a software engineer to join our team and hit the ground running in our JavaScript (React, React-Native) and Ruby (Ruby on Rails) stack, help us review one another's code, deliver it to our Dockerized infrastructure quickly and with quality, and generally help us be better and faster. We believe software engineers are more than just folks who sling code, but are people who think about the user experience, about how to make the customer successful, about how to make their teammates successful. We believe software engineers can lead when needed, follow when needed, and communicate well always–whether through their code, or through their words and actions. We believe we are all always learning, be it about software, our customers, or our business.

At Olio we are focused on building a team that grows professionally and financially. A competitive salary is available as well as significant opportunities for career advancement. We also offer all full-time employees a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, and unlimited vacation. We have an office in a newly retrofitted old church in the heart of Broad Ripple, convenient to all The Village has offer.

If that sounds interesting to you, we'd love to chat with you. Send your résumé to miles@olio.health
