This is cool! But it still misses two important features optifine provides:
- Shaders
- Extra features for resource packs
They are mostly available for Fabric 1.17 as listed in this gist
For shaders, you should definetly try out Iris Shaders

Is this compatible with Sodium Extra Mod?

is there any mod that would add extra features for texturepacks(like random, connected, varianted and emmisive textures)? thats the only thing that im looking for tbh
Not sure about varianted or random textures, but afaik iris does emissive if you have shaders and fabric ctm does connected textures.
You should add Iris for shaders
What optifine do i need to download? The original or the mirror?

Also if you need an Vanillia Modpack that has all of the features of
optifine, is on latest version, runs well in general,
Look up Vanillia (misspelled intentionally) on modrinth.

Fabulously Optimized is another alternative.
@Merith-TK do you prefer Vanillia for any particular reason?
I prefer it because I made the pack, it is built to be stable and work on
all vanilla servers (to a certain point, IIRC how it's setup can go down to
1.16.5 reliably) and I actively try to maintain and fix issues I find in it.
It is quite performant, more so than Fabulously Optimized (somehow)
