滑蛋蝦仁

蝦仁解凍清洗擦乾
加入: 油, 鹽, 胡椒粉, 澱粉, 雞精
冷藏醃製15分鐘
準備: 蔥綠蔥白
雞蛋, 水澱粉, 鹽

水煮蝦仁2-3分鐘
將蝦仁和蔥, 加入至蛋液並攪拌

起鍋, 小火慢煎, 邊緣初步定型後再慢慢推動
出鍋
