蚝油生菜

生菜撕開清洗
起鍋加水, 加油和鹽(保持翠綠), 燒開
生菜焯水20秒斷生擺盤
準備: 切蒜. 水澱粉, 糖, 醬油, 蠔油

熱鍋涼油
炒香蒜末, 加入水澱粉, 糖, 醬油, 蠔油
將炒好的料汁, 均勻淋在擺好盤的生菜上即可
