Modify Photoshop to never ending trial

How Does It Work

All you have to do, to extend your trial period, is change number in TrialKey element in application.xml. This file is located in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop/AMT. You can navigate there with this command:

cd /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/Adobe\ Photoshop\ */AMT

Then you have to open the file and edit it. You can use just TextEdit app.

open -a TextEdit application.xml

Now find the TrialSerialNumber Data key:

<Data key="TrialSerialNumber">911997074887979240115317</Data>

And increment this number by one:

<Data key="TrialSerialNumber">911997074887979240115318</Data>

And that’s it. Now when you relaunch Photoshop you will be prompted to login and you should see fresh 7 days of trial.

did you find solutions for new ps version?

Worked fine for me. (I think.) I had a legal copy of CS 6. I use Fireworks a lot. Threw out the CD as was all on line. But now not only have they taken the iso down, my registration key is no longer there. I know it is old but 100% does for nearly everything I need to do.

lol dont work. but you can make a new account, install adobe creative cloud app, then if you dont own the app you go to it and click "start trial" it works for me so yea.
EDIT: Basically install adobe creative cloud, then open it, it'll ask you to buy the app but you can deny it, then clikc on the white "start trial" button. From what I know you don't need a credit card, and if you do, you can use as many times as you want for the trial :)

yes, yes it does, though only on cs6, used to work on cc but they patched it

in 2015 it says I don't have admin rights.

You can use https://temp-mail.org/en/ to create dummy or mock email Id to register Photoshop Trial Account and you do not need to spend efforts to create accounts This website gives you mock email ID and show activity below on same page.

you can use the so called mail extenders to generate as many valid emails out of yours it is by adding +something after your email username
I.e. your real address is mail@gmail.com, you can register in with mail+something@gmail.com or mail+1@gmail.com which will be valid and unique but still forward to your inbox automatically.

Thats what I am doing but I need a permanent solution

After you do this for CS6 Photoshop it asks you to sign in which it can't do anymore since the servers closed down. Is there any way to extend the trial of CS6?

You need to purchase it which is very obvious 😝 another approach is you can register with new email. You can use some fake/temp email providers like https://temp-mail.org/en/

I have just tried the email renew methode but did not work for me.

steps what i am doing:
-uninstal apps
-sign out
-exit CC
-restart CC
-sign in with new account
-install app

Trial expired!

I uninstalled everithing even used adobe CC cleaner tool manually deleted folders....

What am I doing wrong?

Use temporary email address, for example - https://temprmail.com/ This is easy solution.

Just for the record. This 100% works but you need the 2018 versions, doesn't work on anything after (or potentially before?) that. I have the 2018 version and it works fine for me. Hopefully I can write something to automatically change the xml file when I boot up my pc or something just so I don't have to think about it. . .

works with 2017 confirmed. seems like not working after 2019 version.
