- A number of "positions"
- 1 starting (graphic)
- 1 ending (graphic)
- 0 or more in between start and end
- Transition b/w each (gif or video clip that animates from start to end position and maybe back)
- Time to hold each position ?
- Time for transition ?
- Expected number of reps
- Expected time
- Time b/w sets
