- currently part of the O'Reilly user group programme.
- have hosted events such as our own version of the CharityHack, where we built a project to track module deadlines, and donate money to charity if we missed our own deadlines.
- want to host similar events, here in Plymouth
- in the past we have gone on trips to for talks in London, such as the Open Rights Group talk by Bruce Schneier, or BarCamps.
- host semi-regular tutorials covering subjects which interest us, but which are degrees don't cover.
- host regular lan parties, to bring people together and fundraise.
- help members with their own projects, especially in areas where the university can't.
- a group of older members who now work in industry, generally web based.
- this year we've adjusted our focus.
- while all of these points are still part of termisoc, our main focus is on bringing together a community of people [to/for/etc]
