Project: Rancid Tomatillos

Group Member Names: Jordy Shryock, Nick Hart

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

Jumping into a whole new framework is a little intimidating, so our biggest goal is to just get as comfortable with the framework as possible and to produce a quality project. As long as we reach those goals, we'll be happy.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have? Make sure to discuss the remote questions above in regards to this section):

Keeping a regular break from 4-5:30ish for individual work and a hard stop at 10pm. We'll communicate early and often if there are any sorts of conflicts that come up.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team? How will we communicate about our emotional and mental well-being with each other?):

We'll be having regular check ins and will communicate primarily over slack. We're both for frequent and transparent communication. We'll do stand ups at lunch, especially, to set the plan for the afternoon.

Pomodoro Break Schedule:

We'll stick to a longer pom schedule, like 30/7.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

We're both very open to feedback.

Project management tools we will use (GitHub projects or Trello are popular tools):

Definitely Github projects - we want to take advantage of the automation where we can.

Thoughts on Testing:

We're going to push each other to be more thorough with our testing - especially with the new testing library we'll be working with.
