Install BTCPayServer on Raspiblitz V1.3 - Raspberry Pi 4B

Your nginx config is missing the websocket configuration, this breaks the crowdfund app. I think this is the relevant section: https://github.com/btcpayserver/btcpayserver-docker/blob/21f1af628035cb2c65547332de761e98dc4ecf6a/Production/nginx.tmpl#L144
