Johnny Cassidy and Noah Gambee

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):

We hope to acheieve success in implementing and combining the technical skills that we are currently learning. Successfully learning to utilize the git workflow between multiple people on one project would be a sign of success. If we meet as many guidelines as possible and show confidence and understanding in our code, that will be a win. Learning how to combine individualistic working styles into a successful collaboration.

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):

We are both good at meeting deadlines and tend to have more individualistic learning styles. However, we are excited to work together.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:

We both seek to understand problems and why they are happening so that we can avoid future problems. This will help us as we come across specific techinical issues as we both like to dive in and find solutions.

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):

Staying over an hour or two after class ends and possibly coming in early if agreed upon. We can both meet remotely in the evenings as well.

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?):

Slack is a great line of communication. We have each others phone numbers if someone needs to reach the other urgently. Important and issues or concerns or if an appointment needs to be missed. Agreed to check in often and consistently.

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):

Noah would like to work on his CSS skills/understanding and Johnny would like to work on JS to try and get a better understanding of each.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):

We would like to both work on each aspect because we are still learning. We also hope to be able to provide feedback and grow our project.

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):

Not quite sure yet, as we have not had any experience with the team git-workflow. It will be interesting to see how well that works. We have never used git workflow with a partner.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:

Respond to changes made as a way of acknowledging that we have reviewed changes. Speak concisely and respectfully.

Project management tools we will use (GitHub projects or Trello are popular tools):

GitHub and Slack for now.

Day 1 Agenda:

Wireframe and work on HTML and CSS skeletons to get a framework. Pseudo code the JS.
