This is a branch of my fork from https://gist.github.com/antoncrombach/aba3782c016a11a69a2fbb407a1eacf8 In that gist (and fork) there is a minimal citation style for grant proposals - for when space is really tight. The idea was to make an optimal (i.e. not maximal) citation style for when you have a tiny bit more space....
