what if caption is more than 1 line
Hm... Will think about it and update the CSV engine appropriately. I think we will threat "\n" symbol as a new line.
Looks like "\n" support is not there yet, actually if used it returns only the last line.
Is this still a WIP? Asking because CSV is valid only if the URL comes from https://picsum.photos.

Yes you can. I have tested it with any URL (from Imgur) and it will work.

I even use the sample csv which downloaded from here, it showed the same error, I don;t know how to upload a file here.

Yes you can. I have tested it with any URL (from Imgur) and it will work.
I get this error shown using an URL from Imgur. It's not working at all with Imgur or any other.

Maybe that error shows beacause I have free plan
