I even use the sample csv which downloaded from here, it showed the same error, I don;t know how to upload a file here.

Yes you can. I have tested it with any URL (from Imgur) and it will work.
I get this error shown using an URL from Imgur. It's not working at all with Imgur or any other.

Maybe that error shows beacause I have free plan

How can I know that error will stop happening if I upgrade to pro before paying for it?
