Actual steps to be taken while the strike is in effect:
1.) Diamond moderators mark themselves as absent, with a link to wherever the letter is posted.
2.) Charcoal disables autoflags on Stack Overflow reports, and redirects SO reports from Charcoal HQ, the Fire Department, SOCVR, and SOBotics to a private room, to be gone through afterwards.
3.) SOBotics also halts bots such as Natty, redirecting reports to a private room instead or disabling it altogether.
4.) SOCVR does not coordinate votes; possibly freeze the room? Up to them.
5.) Do not contribute questions or answers to main Stack Overflow.
6.) Reach out to internet news sites and ask them to cover the strike.
