1. Power of self-reflection

• What is challenging about self-reflection?

  • For me I think it is talking about myself. I am not usually a person who likes to talk about myself.

• How can you continue to build the habit of self-reflection at Turing?

  • I can continue to learn to reflect on myself and say that this is a process for growth and think that when I grow as a person, I can grow professionally as well.

1. What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you?

   Empathy has and is a big part of my life. It is part of who I am and to simply put it has made me into the person I am today. I can connect with other people easily and feel what they are feeling. I understand that people are different and that we need to learn from each other, not tear each other down. Empathy has helped me be more comscious of others around me. When I listen to others using empathy I can relate more to their needs and understand where they are coming from. I worked as a supervisor for a restaurant and listening to your employees and understanding them by using empathy helped make the work relationship run more smoothly which in turn made both parties enjoy the work that they were doing.

1. When you've worked towards a goal in the past, what systems or tools have been helpful for you in accomplishing that goal? 
How could you adapt those same systems/tools to use while at Turing?

``When I worked towards a goal in the past, I would write out or outline what my plan is to reach that goal and each time 
I accomplish a task I would check it off making me feel that I am accomplishing my task for the goal. I could adapt this 
system to use while at turing is making an outline of what my goals at turing are for an overall view. In a more detailed 
aspect I would for instance in each module and for each project what my goals are and what the task I need to complete that 
goal are. This would help me feel less unstuck about what to do next. It would also make tiny wins for me so that it becomes
