  • "No" to "№" - typographic nicety
  • ' to ’ - typographic nicety
  • "AG Lyfe Ltd. AG Lyfe Ltd is..." to "AG Lyfe Ltd , which is..." - continue the reference to the company in a clause rather than start a new sentence.
  • "Limited" to "Ltd" - keep consistency with previous abbreviation.
  • "who" to "which" - it refers to an organisation, not a person.
  • clarify who that other FCA number belongs to.
  • appointed representative - not a proper noun.
