The condenscension police are here, with their double-standards and unquestionable claim to a moral high-ground. Persistently engaged in disgusting conduct, I ask, "do they ever look at themselves?"
I know the answer to this question. I tested it. At one point in time, I was concerned that the charge directed at me had merit. Were they right? Were they a bit wrong, but mostly right? I wanted to know the answer to this question. No, I really really wanted to know it. So I invested some effort toward answering it, much like I would on say, a technical matter.
I arrived at a point where I was able to repeat verbatim the words of those same morality police and the response; well it was jaw-dropping. It was still more charges of condescension. It was at this point that I now knew the rules of this kind of policing. I have adopted those rules since and frankly, I have still never been let down in predicting the results. I have a solid model for how this encounter will go down.
The condenscension police look at me empuzzled as to why I do not take them seriously. Well, not really, they have an explanation for that. "That person is just an arsehole that's why." To them, that makes perfect sense. No different to how a clumsy monad tutorial written by a beginner makes sense to that beginner. Never mind that even a fleeting amount of critical thought applied here will expose this unprogressive hyperbole. Of course that makes sense when there is no provision to even ask the question about your own violation of your own stated principles.
The condenscension police do not ask themselves, "well, am I right in feeling this? in expressing this?" It's not even a question. It is a built-in inherent principle to casual modus operandi. That is why this to-and-fro is perpetual. That is why those same police are forever puzzled as to why they are not taken seriously. There is simply no path forward from that. No basis from which to disagree and work toward resolution. It just doesn't exist. You can even ask them in fact. There is absolutely no barrier to hearing about the legitimacy of that claim to possession of the moral high-ground. Absolutely none whatsoever.
Dismiss the condenscension police until such time as they choose to matter.
