Apple-cinnamon Museli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of oats (Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats)
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt (Organic)
  • 2 Tbs Non-fat milk
  • 1/2 Cup Apple chopped
  • 1/4 Cup raisins
  • 1/4 Cup pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs real maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Mix everything except pecans and put in fridge overnight. Sprinkle with pecans when serving.

Banana-Walnut Museli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of oats (Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats)
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt (Organic)
  • 2 Tbs Non-fat milk
  • 1 Banana cut up
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts

Mix everything except walnuts and put in fridge overnight. Sprinkle with walnuts when serving.

Berry Museli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of oats (Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats)
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt (Organic)
  • 2 Tbs Non-fat milk
  • 3/4 Cup Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 Cup chopped hazzlenuts, walnuts, or almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbs fresh fruit preserves
  • 1 pinch salt

Mix everything except nuts and put in fridge overnight. Sprinkle with pecans when serving.

Cherry-Almond Museli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of oats (Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats)
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt (Organic)
  • 2 Tbs Non-fat milk
  • 1 Cup pitted fresh sweet cherris
  • 1/4 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbs honey

Mix everything except pecans and put in fridge overnight. Sprinkle with pecans when serving.

Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 Cup White balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup warm water
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 1/4 Cup Pecan oil (or Walnut or Olive)
  • 1 Tbs chopped garlic scape (or minced garlic, but a little less)
  • 1 Pinch Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Shake all ingredients in a jar and enjoy.
